it is down 10% from peak, but it has not truly crashed yet. There has been no day of raw panic and capitulation, with sellers dumping into a falling market to save value. I think there is a âBlack Fridayâ event looming. I dumped out of all American equities at the beginning of February.
Fundamentally, a very large part of the world no longer believes in the American economy, including a chunk of the American public.
Schumer just announced that he is folding, so the legislative branch has renounced their oversight and abdicated responsibility to the executive branch. So much for checks and balances.

I get my mail in Philly, but I spend a lot/too much time in the Buffalo/Niagara region. That day, I went over to St Catharines. The bar was called Fiddlerâs. I recommend it.
