He can pardon them, so no jail time. But most of them are subject to impeachment, and that is not something a presidential pardon sets aside. In this case, impeachment is manifestly in order - they have demonstrated they are not for fit for their offices, and some have doubled down by lying to Congress, which is itself an impeachable offence (as well as subject to up to 5 years imprisonment, no oath required)
