This is a topic where it does not even do the truth justice to say the link has been debunked. The only evidence ever suggestive of a link was the result of scientific fraud. Without that fraudulent study there is not even any hypothesis dreamed up that anyone would deem worthy of testing. Anyone who believe this link has demonstrated their unfitness for the role of leading a program to study it.
Private contact details of the most important security advisers to U.S. President Donald Trump can be found on the internet. DER SPIEGEL reporters were able to find mobile phone numbers, email addresses and even some passwords belonging to the top officials.
To do so, the reporters used commercial people search engines along with hacked customer data that has been published on the web. Those affected by the leaks include National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
Most of these numbers and email addresses are apparently still in use, with some of them linked to profiles on social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. They were used to create Dropbox accounts and profiles in apps that track running data. There are also WhatsApp profiles for the respective phone numbers and even Signal accounts in some cases.

I would love to hear his take on the Signal stuff. Assorted Russian assets using an unsecured platform for classified information? Sending military personnel into harmâs way, while putting their lives at much greater risk? Lying out your arses to Congress, and being caught in a lie, very plainly? I thought that sort of stuff came with significant consequence?

I have landed on the explanation that this group is so badly prepared to do the job that they unaware of what normal procedures for this stuff is and why the procedures are important, and so genuinely dont understand what a monumental fuck up it was. To them this isnt that much different than receiving an email from someone you dont like and instead of forwarding your "fuck this guyâ response to your one snarky colleague you reply all.
I was just listening to a conversation with an Obama guy who put into perspective the size if the fuck up. Principle Committee meetings (what they claimed in their own words this conversation was) are almost always held in person in the situation room in the white house because of the sensitivity of the information discussed in them. He recalls one time getting called unexpectedly into one while he was on vacation with his family and having to drive 2 hours to a suitably equipped FBI field office that had the capability of patching him into the call with the appropriate level of security. Itâs become more challenging to post in this thread for me. There is just a cumulative heap of awfulness. The truth of the matter is that I want many of the people involved dead, I see many of these people as strategic threats to my country and the European continent and when you are at that point, you donât wish the people involved well. Either you hope they change or you want them dead or at least neutered and powerless. I have no hope that they will change and I study so much wars and see far better people dying in droves, which I supppose can make you a bit blasè around the worth of life. And there is a limit then to how funny it is to see their fuck ups. They are not really funny, I want them bereft of life after all. Silence would be a blessing, so @Limiescouse can go back to writing normal long posts (about important matters of course, but not matters itâs necessarilly important for me to read about as a foreigner) about matters more politically mundane.
