He absolutely is, but in his defence (I hate to say this as he is a loathsome man in a million ways), he previously went out and came out strongly in support of Ukraine, disagreeing strongly with MAGA and even the president.
My read on him is that he is a snake and that he is turning his cape in the wind, sensing that Trump is now entering truly unpopular territory; so that he can āaffordā to have his own opinions all of a sudden ( I mean, on Ukraine, his position has been totally MAGA and Ukraine ripping US off until he actually went there and came back, some how, enlightened after talking to the chief rabbi there).
