Have you ever heard anything from the Strict Scrutiny women on crooked? She was on with Ezra Klein this week having that conversation and itās pretty depressing that she bends over backwards to find justications to argue against the idea they are just a partisan branch of government and none are convincing or would even represent any better of a situation
I havenāt , no. But I guess weāre gonna find out soon enough just how compliant they are when they take up the tariff case. If they give him a win on something as blatantly unconstitutional as that then itās game over.
