A permanent resident was convicted of murder and spent over 40 years in prison for a crime he didnt commit. He has now been exonerated and released and rather than the state doing what is necessary to make it right, they are processing his deportation order on the basis that they are viewing him as a violent offender for his murder conviction.

My mum is insane about Christmas so sent a box over last week already with a bunch of Christmas shit in it. It arrived a couple of days ago and now weâre both being chased down by Fed Ex for additional import taxes we both have to pay. Amounts combined are totaling about 3 times the cost of the contents of the box.

When I first became aware of MTG she came across as a deeply unpleasant, significantly uninformed individual. I thought she was destined for high rank in Trumpâs orbit, but then she hit a bit of a wall. My own theory on that is she doesnât have the look Trump likes, and in terms of surrounding himself with women, or promoting them, he is all about the looks. So the likes of Noem gets a top job - plastic dolly bird type, glammed up to the nines, South Park depicted her quite hilariously. Or Leavitt gets a nice job - she probably reminds him of his daughter, and Trump is on record as saying awful things about Leavittâs lips that would see him sacked in any normal world or job.
Anyway, at the risk of coming across as shallow and body shaming (Iâm neither of those things, but Iâm trying to explain the sort of woman Trump surrounds himself with) MTG is a bit too plain in the face, a bit too butch. So my theory is that put the ceiling on her ascent through the MAGA ranks.
But thereâs a very real sense in which MTG might be like a broken clock. Wrong all the time, apart from being right twice in a day.
First, Epstein and Trump. MTG might be a real help to the cause of justice there. She recently spoke out to say she was in good mind, not suicidal and so on, which was an alarming thing to say as clearly she is in fear of her life over this issue, and suspects she might be killed and it will look like a suicide.
Second, the cost of living for average Americans, in particular health insurance, and also home and car insurance while we are on it, but especially health insurance.
MTG is spot on with regard to both issues. I hope she gains traction with it.
