Is it just me , but whenever I see US law enforcement now ājust doing their jobā , what I see is almost indistinguishable from the antics of the thugs who stormed the Capitol on Jan 6.
Those people are one and the same.
āā¦a government of the morons, by the morons, for the moronsā
i know itās not a critical point but its telling on a few metricsā¦, but howās the state of their uniforms?
some have tradies pants, some denim, some cargos, it makes them easier to imitate, and it shows an organisation with no discipline
He should go readt The Art of the Deal to learn how to negotiate with Xi
Like a lot of NYC related groups, their police union has an outsized presence in our politics. Even after Jan 6th they never wavered in their support of Trump. When you look at the distribution of where NYC cops lived and where the Trump vote is concentrated in the city you see that it isnt just at leadership level but reflects in how the rank and file vote. That puts into perspective what Law and Order means to the typical cop.
To that point, there were 20 or so active officers charged for their involvement in the riot, but their actual presence is assumed to have been a lot higher.
I donāt see Hegsethās absence as being entirely negative - NATO is de facto evolving into a European defence union, the US being represented at the minister level becomes a distraction.
Did you misspell sinister?

Flowers to @Bekloppt . I do not forget (although far too early to say how destructive this is for MAGA and GOP).
Also flowers to anyone else who championed this point, but has been forgotten by me. Possibly @Cologne-Liverpool , but my memory is hazy there.
