I wouldnāt describe them as āretardsā but having seen some of the responses to the clubs postings wishing well to people of a certain religion, I would describe some of them as another word beginning with ārā.
From the get-go, the club has been open to all and the key to that is tolerance. Of course, that means that intolerance should be called out.

did an overtime shift last night,
17.15 to 12.15 am, 7.5 hrs in total
1st 2 hours i get x 1.5 my normal hourly rate,
the rest (5.5hrs) is paid at double time,
will spend it all on filling up the car with petrol,

Same here. I used take a CNG-run vehicle (not car) from office to home and it used to cost me Tk. 200-250 ($1.5-2.0), now itās (if you are lucky enough to get one within 30 mins) Tk. 300 ($2.5). Then, there is this knock-on effects on food, and etc. too.

How much is it in the UK now? Itās currently ā¬2.35 per litre for E10 in Germany (Ā£2.02). Diesel and standard unleaded are more.
Iām just wondering what itās like in the states, since they seem to think cheap fuel and gas guzzlers are their birthright?

Last April i raised a purchase order at work for chemicals to the tune of around Ā£130K after getting a heads up from the supplier that there may difficulties in chemical supply in the future.
the PO would guarantee a supply of chemicals until the end of the year, and the price wouldnt change
got my arsed kicked by management, as weāre not a big company and Ā£130k is alot of expenditure to commit too on 1 PO
but i argued the case and the PO got signed off by the US management.
given that alot of the raw material come from the east, then get shipped to the US to be manufactured into the chemical, then shipped back back to the UK
i think iāve been proven correct in raising the PO,
I had the same problem with gloves for use in the fab too,
but i managed to secure gloves until the end of the year at an agreed price to all be delivered on a call off basis,
next week will be fun though, i expect loads of email from other suppliers informing me of price rises, and fuel surcharges on deliveries etc.
