I was curious so looked into the charges (last one), and it was only 2 as his deal for the original crimes were restricted under non-prosecution agreement so could not be used.
I mean, they are discussing hits in other e-mails. Taking out people etc. So this is far from the worst one.
But if there is no evidence, you cannot charge anyone based merely on discussions, you need much more. Certainly if itās a billionaire with the best laywers.
Note when I say ātheyā, I only mean the very inner circle of Epstein, not people who tended to visit his island or were his distant associates etc. I have downloaded a lot of E-Mails. But mostly those with a Norwegian context, because they are so fucking embarrasing for us. But they are just idiotic, a lot of stuff is way worse.

In June 2008, Epstein pleaded guilty to two state charges of soliciting prostitution, which were considered lesser charges compared to the allegations of sex trafficking and sexual abuse of minors.
I find it bizarre that he was only charged with 4 offenses, covering all his potential crimes. I assume some of them could not be initiated as they were not actually in the USA.
In other cases where you are charged with rape and its a minor, they add lots of other charges like assault, etc. I think itās a catch-all strategy for prosecutors so that if they beat the main charge they can still get found guilty on a ālesserā charge.
Essentially, we are compromised by Russian intelligence because we have had people in positions who are thoughtless enough to, some how, not be aware of Epsteins links to mafia and Russian intelligence.
Because our Crown princess is an imbecile and ThorbjĆørn Jagland is a massive idiot, being middle man between Vladimir Putin and Epstein (sigh). Roed Larsen has had way, way too deep contact with him (most intimate of them all), but there is not really much incriminating about him. After all, Epstein was a fixer so a good person to know.

This is one of the foundational parts of the conspiracy theory and is something that has been very well discussed.
The prosecutor in that case violated Federal law in allowing him to plead down to these lesser crimes without consultation of and approval from the victims. We never got a good explanation for why, leaving the most likely explanation being the second hand accounts of Acosta telling people he was made to offer this deal because Epstein ābelonged to intelligence.ā Acosta has repeatedly denied he ever said any such thing, but has never explained why he otherwise violated law and the rights of the victims to do it. The revelations of that deal coming at a time when Acosta was in Trumpās first cabinet is a big part of what exploded Epstein into a national story with Nexus to Trump.

The contact with all of these Kreml politicans with an intelligence background that Epstein had (and Jagland), all of it is very painful for me. These Russian politicians (in reality SVR) then use girls, many of them very able agents.
And no one uses their brains.

Well, he certainly did have close contacts with CIA, judging from the pictures of him in CIA facilities, as well as the content of some e-mails.
No ārealā evidence, of course. But so much circumstantial evidence.

This stuff is all now very well documented. If you want to draw inferences on what has happened you really should be familiarizing yourself with the details first.
Non prosecution agreements are not technically classified, but there needs to be enough attention being paid to a case for anyone to even know there are questions to be asked about it. Because of how far back this all goes people forget how relatively recently it was that he became a public figure. Back then he was just a South Florida socialite and the case nothing more than something the local South Florida crime reporters covered.

Itās literally impossible to have an opinion and have time to breath if you took that approach, you might as well ask me to read the millions of documents related to this subject. Iām not passing myself as an expert, just having a conversation, so for your sake (or anyone elseās) donāt take my input as expert/knowledgeable insight, this is not my intent.
I think it would generally be helpful if youād educate yourself a little with some facts before making such a wide range of assumptions and broadcasting them all over.

Steve Bannon, Thiel, essentially all of Trumpās inner circle, seems to be the inner circle of Epstein as well (vast majority of E-mail correspondance is not with his inner circle, but more periphrial diplomatic contacts or about girls and parties)
Many of other e-mails are more about girls and parties, but I find the poltiical ones at least as interesting
Going further into the rabbit hole, did Epsteinās world inspire Trumpās emergence?
Oddly, Silence of the Lambs comes to mind as an analogy.

Clearly it did. But itās worth remembering that he is only one man in that sphere.
Bannon, Thiel, so many other powerful connected people, most of whom were more powerful than Epstein; facilitated Trump.
So yes, clearly, but even so I think it is a diversion as it doesnāt show you more than a narrow window into that world. Epstein was a political middle man extremely well connected and likely (speculation, but) allowed to operate as he did, due to leaking info on various people to intelligence service (likely CIA).

This is an incredible thing to say out loud.
There is no suggestion that one needs to be an expert on a subject to take part in a conversation. But having an opinion on the thing being discussed requires at least some knowledge of the most basic facts of the discussion. Starting with the opinion and then only later get around to trying to understand even the very basics of the topic is a wild approach.

This is dizzyingly complex issue, and there is undoubtedly (in my opinion) a āflood the zone with shit and hope people check out because itās too muchā approach.
Iām struggling to really keep abreast of all the detail on this, and I suppose that is the point. Iām also hoping that the sheer fucking exhausting tidal wave of human depravity isnāt the thing that allows these fuckers to get off Scot free. I want to have an opinion on this, but at the same time Iām a bit reluctant to dive into the filth of it, because so just donāt think I can cope. Iām not strong enough to read detailed accounts of sexual abuse.
So letās help each other understand and not be too critical of each other for not being as on top of things as weād expect them to be. This is a horrible, horrible thing.

Itās also important to note the communications involves all sorts of scandals. Far from only sexual.
Many in these mails have likely not have had sex with his girls, but certainly (ehem) a couple of Norwegian famous persons may have done some illegal money dealings and EXTREMELY shady political lobbying.
I really dislike the name of this thread, it is incredible misleading. Because this isnāt just about the girls, sex (both underage and overage, most were not under age) and narcotics.

I mean, we have literally a Constitutional Crisis due to this. Itās not because of anything to do with pedophilia (so far, sigh, still 3 mil more documents to go).
I have collected a lot of E-Mails, downloaded all I have seen on Norwegians. Looks terrible. I could upload them all here, but I am loath to do it unless others upload documents showing documents involving the High and Mighty from their countries, as it could easily then look like itās mostly a Norwegian and EUR scandal (which it is certainly not). And I am not going to contribute to posting super selective propaganda damaging my own country and only my own country. But damage to many is very cool 
But if others upload and do some work, I will upload everything I got on Norway.
