The players are obviously being expected to play too many games, with the upshot being that it effects performance levels is all… Depending upon the diagnosis of this scenario, and if it was shown the occurrence to be inevitable, it could well be that Eriksen was in exactly the right place, at the right time, to get the urgent, specific and highly skilled attention immediately, that looks to have ultimately saved his life…!

I have some friends who have friends in the squad and apparently all the noises are very positive.
I walked through Copenhagen today on my way to work and there are Eriksen shirts or messages of love and support daubed on the windows of many bars, cafes and other businesses.
From what I’ve seen, the response from Danes (which of course is expected) and the Finnish visiting the city, as well as the wider football family, has been superb and very much appreciated over here.
I had tried to get tickets for the game, but (fortunately, in hindsight) wasn’t able. Just having watched live on a dodgy stream was jarring enough.

Hopefully after the incident yesterday more teams will make sure more players are trained for emergency like this, well done to Kajer his actions probably saved his team mates life.

He says he immediately said don’t focus on him but they evidently did up to the point of the CPR being undertaken.
As someone said elsewhere they cut so quickly from a streaker. I don’t have much of an issue with keeping a wide angle view of the pitch but that’s all he needed to do, there was also a sky camera they could have gone too.
I only stuck with it as I kind of wanted to know if he was ok, I would have been happy for the BBC to have gone back to the studio but I think like everyone we were distraught with what we had seen and it’s hard to switch back quickly.

Ive had skepticism about the Belgian back line with how old they are, but thought they looked very competent against Portugal. For me the biggest issue is that munier is a fake footballer. I dont know how someone so bad has made it at this level of played for so long at top sides. He’s a supposedly attacking FB who cannot kick the ball.
No idea about Doku, but I hope he’s good
