There it is, play enough hard balls diagonally in front of the keeper and defenders and stuff happens. Shame about the own goal status, but was an excellent attack all in all.

The build-up to the goal was very good by Italy. You can see that one coming from a mile away.

ESPN not showing replays, which is great, but looked a nice quick switch of play and the left back got himself all turned around. Not for the first time in this half already that Italy overloaded that side since Di Lorenzo came on (and maybe more to the point, since Under came on who doesn’t provide as much protection)
Hopefully and I think you might be right. Maybe they’re not that Italian after all

Btw, the own goal was the 10th in the history of the Euro comp.
Is Turkey’s wheel coming off? They are under siege a bit now. Even the rebounds are in Italy favours.

Berardi and Immobile are shite.
Italy wins the duels and are much more aggressive. Turkey can’t cope with the speed in the flow of play it seems. Italy gets heaps of dead-ball chances.
