This referee would fit in perfectly in the Premier League…
But that said the VAR for the match has to take some blame as well, I think they could well have avoided this by not referring it to the referee in the first place.

It appears that these kind of decisions are made by people don’t play football or have no ideas about body dynamics and movements.
This looking at these decisions in slow motion is a joke also.

Maybe there might not have been a penalty if Schick hadn’t bled so badly. It then looks worse than it is and probably influences the decision as well.
