I’m a fan of Jack Grealish. I’ve posted this before. He’s an exciting player and I love watching him play. He’ll have a great tournament. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around these rumors he’s signing for City. I think that’s a terrible move for him.

Kristoffer Ajer, you want to get your Premier League move. You should note that there are many scouts watching you and that you are fucking up big time.
Ajer is a good player in theory and sometimes in practice, but sometimes his awareness of what is going on around him is so very bad. He needs to be aware of runs around him, but plays right now as a half drunk.
I am entertained !!! I can absolutely recommend the Norway vs Hellas game if you want to see something that REALLY doesn’t work as it should. Very entertaining and embarrassing at the same time.

Graelish has been consistently fantastic, I agree. It would be interesting to see how he would do in a team with better players around him.

England should hope to outscore every other side in the tournament, their defense is terrible. Romania repeatedly opened them up with ease.
1-0 is extremely deceiving.
Yupp, Romania have had several chances and even more dangerous situations. I hope the English media perhaps take the expectations down a little tad. I think Portugal,Spain, France, Germany and maybe Belgium are better (not sure about the Netherlands these days, I watch too little so must trust the word of others there). Italy is maybe not better, but they will likely have a better “team” as usual.
I don’t necesarilly think this is the fault of Southgate though. But England is England.
However, the fun bit is that I may be totally wrong, as there are so many exciting games ahead to watch, I am so, so looking forward to the Euroes ! I have been counting the days down lately 
Also, the English media ALWAYS underestimate Balkan teams. Watch out for Croatia. Czechia is also usually consistently much better than what the English media expects. Croatia for very, very dark horse ? Who knows, time will tell. Looking forward to it in any case !

Not surprised he went for White. Can cover midfield as well and Mings has looked absolute garbage in both games, probably best to take another CB.
Yes, this should be talked about as at international level the midfield is paramount. Also the systems Southgate plays relies on defensive capabilities of Said CMs and England well the world hasn’t really got those.
For me it’s just the wrong manager in the wrong job. I mean is he going 4213 (needs 2 exceptional CMs) or 523 (needs even better CMs)?

Those comments kind of make sense when you consider a small but vocal group boo the England team for expressing Black Lives Matter before each match.
Seriously however you can order or pick up lateral flow tests, if you have chosen not to have the vaccine you can still do that, if you haven’t been able to have it you can choose the tests.

I’ve just read this and it’s stirring stuff. Southgate comes across as a thoroughly decent chap and as someone who has a keen awareness contemporary society in England / UK.
I wonder if someone who speaks so eloquently on what it is to be English these days, might not be considering a career in public life after quits his current job? Of course, he would have to be a success as England manager if he were to consider going into politics. And that remains to be seen.
Not having ‘fans’ boo the England team just before the kick off would of course help the team’s chances immensely.
