Hoping for a Denmark win myself,
I dont ask for much just a 1 nil win.

Let’s have some score predictions then, 3-0 to the mighty 3 lions for me

Are you suggesting Italy is an underdog! What’s Denmark then?

My neighbours’ 5 year old son correctly predicted 4-0 against Ukraine.

He’s gone for a 5-1 tonight.

Is that team sheet out early? Dont they normally come out only an hour before KO?

Will be a hell of a night then! Shame Pickford’s going to be shit but we can live with that.

Anybody taking losing to Italy if offered now? Not me for sure.

It’s the underdog I spoke of. Did I have a comma error or something?
They don’t need to win the final though, getting to the final is enough for an epic story and winning it would be too much for the reasons I stated above

England 2-1😬. It will be a very tough match. The Danes are a well organised and solid side.
I hope England can do it in 90 minutes.

Come on England!:crossed_fingers: Henderson to score the winner.

Regarding the game I suppose England will dominate, press hard, launch fast transitions and it will probably be enough.
If I were to guess, then 3-1 to England but that 's s pretty wild guess tbh.
Denmark can win on a very good day for them though and England, while an extremely solid team, are not invincible.
My heart is with Denmark. For now…

England to win. Should have too much for Denmark.

I am often guilty of some quite enormous digressions at times. As long as someone says something interesting about something I have a some what informed opinion about, I am unfortunately known for spinning a yarn or an opinion out of random off hand comments !
We all have our quirks I guess

England: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Maguire, Shaw; Rice, Phillips; Sterling, Mount, Saka; Kane

Subs: Ramsdale, Johnstone, Grealish, Henderson, Rashford, Trippier, Mings, Coady, Sancho, Foden, James, Bellingham

Denmark: Schmiechel; Christensen, Kjaer, Vestergaard; Stryger, Hojbjerg, Delaney Maehle; Braithwaite, Dollberg, Damsgaard

Subs: Lössl, Ronnow, Andersen, Skov, Skov Olsen, Jorgensen, Norgaard, Wass, Wind, Poulsen, Cornelius, Jensen

Such a shame about Paulsen. Would be so cool if Wass and Wind was followed by Storm and Tore/Torden, lol.

Yeah, I would have preferred him over Braithwaite.

Grrr!!! You should not have posted this :triumph:
I am literally having almost ticks and now want to write a post about the unlikelyhood of Eiriksson ever having been in Boston, haha !
You nailed me perfectly man !

But I shall not. Not today and not in this thread grumble

The media out pouring if England do win will be unbearable.

They go on about 66 as if it was yesterday and I can’t cope with the likes of Pickford, Sterling and Kane being glorified for the next 60 years so hope England go out. I’m Welsh but even if I was English I couldn’t bring myself to by gushing everytime Sterling scores or Pickford makes a save.

Would make me sick

I’m watching in an extremely Danish bar on the outskirts of Copenhagen, having to explain that I am not English every 5 minutes or so, but they get all excited when I mention Swansea and buy me shots, so it’ll do.

England has never won this competition ever. Denmark has, and that amuses this simple soul. In reality, this trophy is currently more at home in København than it is in London :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Gareth’s team may change that though, but first this game and then a strong Italy before that happens.

Come on Denmark ! Establish the Danelaw on English soil !
For the glory of Knut the Great and his sons and what-not. Harald too. And the rest. And don’t forget to avenge Bjørn Ironside too ! Just defeat them…
