Apparently the only criticism of bringing Gordon now is that it’s a little bit too late… rather than the fact he’s absolutely dogshite at football and should never have been in this squad (though ironically, as the worst player in the squad his one dimensional running would have worked well in England’s counter attack the last two games).

So many good players in this team but it’s like none of them have any chemistry together whatsoever. Compare that to a team like Spain who are made up of players from a similar amount of clubs as England and it’s night and day.
