Croatia are actually the outlier in terms of quality for countries around 4 millions inhabitants.
Scotland quality is actually the norm.
Croatia is a football crazy nation and has a strong youth development system.
I think they inherited/were part of Yugoslavia.
Don’t quote me on these, I only have superficial knowledge.
I am sick of the hypocritical election politics by all the parties.
