I must remember that one!
Just arrived back in Berlin and my first thought was to check Scotlandâs fixtures.
Thank God theyâre not coming here. Bloody Dudelsacks are a nightmare!
Next time Oil Money buys a World Cup weâll give them a group of
Scotland - Bagpipes
Switzerland - Alphorn
South Africa - Vuvuzela
Australia - Didgeridoo
Theyâll never get close to our sport again.
Who is there to support in this competition?
Ok Iâm not watching it however I do find myself wanting them all to lose. Particularly, in no specific order, England, Engalnd, Enagland âŚ
But itâs coming home mate
I like the German team. Also Netherlands for Virg, Cody and their fans.

The DeutscheBahn did this in all the home train stations of players from the current squad btw
You could support Ingerland
Germany were the best team in the opening matches.
I know Scotland played poorly, but Germany were concise and always a goal threat.

The French Cornemuse
I had a soft-spot for Yugoslavia, and I still have a healthy interest about that region. Unfortunately, most of the news regarding Serbian football are about corruptions, violence, etc. The Belgrade games look like a (looked?) disaster waiting to happen.
BTW, why has Serbian football still havenât improved? Croatia has done well.
What is âitâ?
Nothing learnât from Paris, block fans in the narrowest place possible, luckily it didnât last long!
Soccer?

Albania
I think Iâve already written once about it but we thankfully havenât had significant violent outbursts in our stadiums for quite a while - great success, as Borat would put it⌠When I say âviolent outburstsâ, I refer to bodily harm. I donât count plastic seats being burned or aggressive chanting, stupid stuff like that. I take every positive that I can these daysâŚ
That said, the biggest two clubs are state-owned and controlled, there are undeniable ties of their fan groups with organised crime, the level of corruption is unspeakable and all of that led to decline of public interest in domestic football. Stadiums are almost empty, regardless of the importance of the match. People at Croatian clubs actually care for their clubs, not just for their pockets, thatâs why their national team is strong. Itâs quite the opposite here.
