Ex-player: Divock ORIGI

I don’t see much in it from Belgium’s perspective.

We forget the many times he came off the bench and we looked like having a player less on the pitch.

The myth became a bit too much I think.

You’re really not getting into the spirit of this thread, are you?

And I thought I was the biggest grinch here. :joy:

It was usually when he started he looked like a nothing player.

Great assist by prickford

Not a bad resume at all…football’s just not quite been the same without him.

2 goals and 1 assist in 28 at Milan so far this season, and playing centrally.

I’ve seen a fair bit of Milan this season, a lot of those appearances wouldv’e been sub cameos I’m sure, only filling in as starter recently in Giroud’s absence and Zlatan is…no where to be seen.

That also speaks volumes, that he can’t earn more importance against players who are practically a decade older than him.

Somewhat true, he has struggled to impress but Giroud has proven to be a very handful target man who possesses far bigger threats for them than Origi does sadly.

Perhaps harder for him as Giroud’s played his part helping them win the title last season.

Yeah, Giroud is comfortably a better player than Origi, even at the age he is.

Origi is said to earn around €4m per season on his current contract, the second highest salary among the Milan players, behind only Rafael Leao.

What value for money, incredible.

Still probably viewed as a talent at 28.

What a legend. Refusing SA.

Another one who might be heading to Saudi Arabia.

Crystal Palace , West Ham and Leeds have registered an interest in signing Divock Origi from AC Milan but they face competition from Saudi Arabia, with Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq set to offer the Belgium striker, 28, a “huge” deal. (Football Insider)

Wonder what happened to their “huge” deal.

How many players have Forest signed the last two seasons?
