Damn, I want us to win and not to see them run away with a trophy.
It’s big for me to be honest.
Footballing wise, it could be very tight again, like last time. They posed more problems to our backline than we would normally like. So we have to focus on improving that performance in order to raise our chances. Not like they outplayed us, but there are some things we need to do better this time to avoid series of penalties or a defeat.
I’d hate them to grab a trophy while there’s this cloud above them. Don’t get me wrong I’m in no illusions that Roman leaving necessarily means they’re doomed. But there’s still a lot of uncertainity what happens in the near future.
They had a lot of firsts against us under Roman.
That final game at the Bridge to make the top 4, who knows if Roman even buys the club if Liverpool won that game.
The first game of the following season and their win at Anfield.
Their first trophy under Roman against us in the LC final.
I want to finish this era of Chelsea under Roman by blocking them every trophy we can, especially directly.
