As @koptician said, we could have had Semenyou and Guehi on our team, but the Directors upstairs were dithering as usual. Guehi even had his medical for LFC
Then, Man City took the advantage and got their players and Pep strengthened the team.
Really, I am dismayed that we lost them.

Firstly were we in for Semeyo?
Secondary we don’t know if Klopp would have got them over the line, though Diaz would probably be here anyhow.
Thirdly Guehi did cost Man City points against Everton that will probably scupper the title chase for them.

Not saying that but can we leave one thread alone to bashing Hughes, Slot and Edwards (the latter we haven’t even a clue how involved he actually is).
Guehi was a mistake compounded by the fact they did nothing in January.
But he hasn’t been amazing for City and Semenyo again I’m not sure if there was any concrete link.
