I’ve just seen a prime example of a player feigning injury in the Leeds v Chelsea semi final. Garnacho goes down holding his ankle, rolling around in agony. He suddenly realises Chelsea are attacking and the game won’t be stopped, jumps up and sprints forward. A clear case of cheating.

One of my first FA Cup memories is the epic two legged final between Leeds and Chelsea in 1970.
The match today is a prime exhibition of things being much better in the old days.

Im watching the cup final on the regular ESPN feed, The audio is about 7 seconds behind . This is amateurish from “the world wide leader in sports.”
SportsNet here in Canada is fine with the audio… I have the match on TV, while the Giro d’Italia on my computer screen.

That’s an incredible decision. Pedro beats the crying CB to the ball and knocks it past him, then gets wiped out by a shoulder charge. Yes it was shoulder to shoulder and not in the back, but he was already beaten. You cannot just wipe out an opposition player like that
