10m(if accurate) is a steep price for a talent who has just six months left on his contract. But Klopp and co must obviously see something in him, otherwise they wouldnāt be ready to pay such an exorbitant sum for him.

Yeah, thatās surely one reason.
There is no way they could do a blood test and get a result within half hour, unless there is a lab next door.
