Into the bar wanders first Dallas, followed by “Little Rock” Arkansas and his fearsome second, Chula Vista. silence, people look away, some hastily prepares to leave the bar. The bar man visibly shudders in fear
“Howdy, motherfuckers!” Dallas says, while Chula Vista cackles. “Little Rock” Arkansas just looks around with cold dead eyes, no one daring to meet his gaze. A woman faints. A teenager sensing his parents fear, starts to cry.

Like how fuck the logistics of a competition up for a guy that his own party looks like it’s throwing to the wolves to save themselves in the mid terms.

I remember back when Infantino campaigned. It was going to be so, so, so different from old FIFA with all their corruption scandals.
Fast forward, it’s probably at least as bad as when Sepp Blatter was chief.
It’s just sad. To get elected to FIFA, you MUST be corrupt it seems. Infantino is the type who would stand on a stadium clapping alongside Adolf and Benito. Of course, many are of that type if it’s political necessary, but I suspect he would do it with enthusiastic joy; simply because of the attraction of power, fame and money.
