Does the England team and England Football Association and all the other countries Football Associations in Europe fall under the UEFA umbrella?

For some strange reason I thought UEFA was related European club leagues only, not countries.
It’s probably as if not more damaging to his club tournament crazily enough.

No problem it is quite a confusing structure -the likes of Israel, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are in UEFA as well so I guess it’s a bit like Eurovision.
There are other oddities like New Zealand being part of Oceania but Australia being in the Asian football confederation.
