Maybe because they think he’s better. 
And he probably did play better at the high level. Though Soyuncu does have his wild/red card moments he needs to cut out. Not the finished article of course, even if he’s not a young player anymore at 25.
FIFA wants football to operate in a world where they can ignore the pandemic and public health measures set out by governments.
Brazil wants clubs where their players play to release them so that they can also ignore their own country’s quarantine rules for their players, but not for any players for the opposition.

Soyuncu got 2 yellow cards and was sent off in the match yesterday (not surprised again on Soyuncu…he is teetering on getting sent off in every match). Kabak played but Turkey was smashed by the Dutch.
