There seems to be some confusion whether Bellingham got booked or not (which would be his second yellow after the group stage I believe?). I could not find any confirmation on that. Perhaps the card was for Hendo and another card for a Mexican player.
It seems like he won’t be amusing himself any time soon.
From the Guardian:
More from Thomas Tuchel:
“If a team has heart and belief then it’s this team. They did it on pure will. No words. Iconic match, iconic stadium, we overcame so much adversity today. We just refused to give in on a level that is absolutely admirable.”
He also spoke about Henderson’s injury: “Not good. Jordan just fell over and injured his wrist – it looks really bad.”
Jordan Henderson was carried off on a stretcher after falling over an advertising board during the celebrations. He was given oxygen. Could be a broken arm. He was also booked when he was on the sidelines as an unused sub.
Here’s Jude Bellingham on the situation:
“He’s in a bit of bother but our medical team have got everything under control probably. Best not to give too much detail when I don’t know too much what is going on. Everyone was there to support him and even that was a beautiful thing to see.”
That’s a big “probably”.
Another angle of Hendo leaping over the advertising board and fell. Some mentioned that he got a broken arm. (posted this just after @legalalien post. Didn’t get to read the content until later) ![]()
Move down under! All games free on sbs and various length replays also accessible online and on demand. If you use an .au VPN you should be able to access the full suite.
Quite happy about it too.
England all the way to the final for me.
Then, maximum crushing despair, disappointment and heartache.
Perfect ending
Not sure how anyone can say that’s Kane’s ball, or even that’s it’s a 50/50 really. His foot is barely off the ground.
Had to pay $44 NZD to be able to watch all games and replays etc.
Id just give England the trophy the now…
Its coming home, blah blah blah ![]()
Lets hope not. Even though this Belgium generation have terribly underperformed and they’ve looked poor for the most part, this American side is vastly overrated.
You know it big boy.

I do love a bit of Wrighty he is such a fan and gets all excited and nervous alike, just like us fans.
It so isn’t
Sky Sports getting the pedestal built, “Biggest World Cup win since 1966”
It will be glorious when it caves in
The only bits I’ve seen is England when they went one down against Congo , highlights of France / Paraguay and the Balogun red card.
Would it be such a great surprise if the US managed to cheat their way to the final , aided and abetted by Infantino and the refs ? It fucking stinks , the whole thing.
What would be more enjoyable, USA getting dumped out by Belgium despute Balogon having his ban overturnedm or FIFA and USA cheating the game to get them into the final against France only for Mbabe and co to finally turn up and spank them 30-0 in the final with the whole world getting to watch Trump and Infantino getting humiliated so publibly?
Ethics in Football.
In a controversial, yet morally sound decision…Football ignores political interferance and makes its own decision.
Pochettino leaves Balagun on the bench, reveals decision is based on “doing the right thing”
I’m just catching up on all the overnight fun. Congrats to @Magnus for Norway’s big win.
I saw the clip of Henderson going arse-over-tit over the advertising hoarding. It looks nasty, but the clip I saw on Bluesky had sound - the were playing Oasis’s Wonderwall:
Is that real? It’s ironically funny if it is.
Having to get oxygen whilst on the stretcher seems more serious than they want to admit.
Well that is Hendo’s WC over.
