He was still a decent player. Player of the year at Leeds a few years later.
What do they have now? Their best players are at Milan and Juve but they´re some of the worst Milan and Juve sides for decades. 5th and 6th they finished. Just big names nowadays. Some reasonable full backs. Reyna wasnt good enough for Dortmund.
Just after the tournament Mcbridge and Mathis I believe also went to go play at Fulham.
My wife was saying the same. Even accounting for kick off times at dickhead-o’clock there is no rhythm to the schedule that you usually get with tournaments.

Alexis, just come home. Let the others have something for a change. 
Anyhow for the boycott if I boycott this I would have to literally boycott nearly every sporting tournament there is and was and ever is.
Also wouldn’t it be better to boycott the products it’s shilling rather than a game on the BBC.
Lastly I have no friends, no life and Liverpool did more than enough to spoil football this year for Me. I needed a plate clenser.
At this rate Munoz will be the LFC player to go furthest in the tournament without playing a minute for Spain or LFC
