In fairness, this is pretty obviously a crass and offensive thing to be doing in an Islamic country. Can you imagine Muslim fans showing up to a game dressed as suicide bombers?
The rainbow flag thing is trying to show that everyone is welcome at a match. The crusade thing is pretty much the opposite.

England left a better impression than France for me. I think France remains a serious contender, but I think their misses might cost them going all the way. They don’t have to play outstandingly well, so you can never rule them out under Deschamps. But it’s only week 1, we’ll see, some things can and will change.
