Apparently it’s the first net zero carbon World Cup.

It also is the first to include pigs flying in the opening ceremony.

I read earlier today that it has a higher carbon footprint than the previous three world cups combined.

Yup and yet that’s the claim I read in an article in the Guardian yesterday.

Last one comes out tomorrow. Its no surprise that manipulation is coming from all sides. Very likely that lot of anti-Qatar sentiment has roots in Saudi and UAE agenda, and we’ve been led around by the nose.

Cheers for posting these series, very interesting.

In my book, there is strictly no difference between the Saudis, the UAE sheiks or the Qatar emirs. It’s all the same bunch of corrupt, retarded, religiously fanatic cunts, with way too much wealth on their hands for the good of this world.

The sooner European countries can get rid of having to buy their oil and gas ressources (in fact, any oil and gas ressources), the better. A steep task, but we’ll eventually get there.

If only we had started to properly invest in renewables when we were first advised to do so…

I vote for the Green party in my country since roughly twenty years. They have been the only political party advocating to seriously invest in replacement technologies, since the off.

Until recently, they had between four and seven percent of votes at national level. A bit more in some regions of the country. That tells you everything I think about the priorities in this country during the last two/three decades…

Now, since 2019, they have a bit more, around 13% in the last national elections. But current trends are suggesting that they’ll lose a good part of it again in 2023…

Would be very disappointed if one of our players wins the World Cup this year and doesn’t pose with the trophy and a Liverpool scarf.

England fans exposing themselves literally and figuratively as usual.

No idea if he is any credible, apparently he is a London based Bahreini author/journalist/influencer. Either case, eat shit FIFA. Infantino and his entourage belong behind bars.
