Wirtz on not playing that well thats something we haven’t heard before. Its amazing all the free passes he gets when he skirts around doing absolutely nothing.

But yes he didn`t play that well. However he was also out of position I´d argue.
Either way, he needs to do better considering his talent yes.
To be honest, it´s all a bit naff.
He got knocked out the World Cup like thousands of players before him. Easy to say these things afterwards and how sad it all is, while the fans have to go back to proper work tomorrow to put food on the table.
I know he is probably pushed by media people to say something though.

The sooner everyone stays away and quits stalking and reacting to players’ insta posts, the better.
I don´t think its that serious.
Footballers talk a load of nonsense in the media age.
I hate that players feel they have to write these heartfelt apologies to fans when things don’t go according to plan. Fans need to grow up. It’s a sport and teams have to lose. Every single team bar one is going to come home without the World Cup.

That was a lovely gesture by Flo. It is every footballer’s dream to hold that World Cup. He must be be gutted. He is young and has at least 2-3 World Cup tournaments in him.
I am hoping whichever team wins the World Cup, I hope the Captain of the team just immediately grabs the trophy off the grubby mits of that orange-faced twerp, so he doesn’t have a chance to make that final all about himself.
