Simon Jordanâs grown on me. In a world of liberals today where, funnily enough, people have to tiptoe around what they say because someoneâs always waiting to misconstrue it, its good to listen to a person who talks as he thinks. Just went through the Souness one. Will watch Barnesâ tomorrow.

In a world where Le Pen almost won an election, Bolsarno and Trump did win elections where the far right is in power in Italy. Where Austria and Hungary are under the control of those people who speak without impunity.
In that world we donât have enough people like that and we need more.
Sometimes Jordan is right but sometimes he is wrong in my opinion, as is Souness on that. He was being ostracised on the back of government power leaning on what is an independent broadcaster, it was actually quite refreshing to see them all take a stand.
