Remember him as being the first person of Indian origin to make the Liverpool academy.
Lacked pace and physicality to become a player for us though. But still a promising player, he scored on his debut for Swansea as well.

He was touted as the club’s first “Indian” player, but I think only because people didnt realize Jimmy Carter, the winger we picked up from Milwall at the end of Kenny’s first tenure, was part Indian. Once people realized that about him he got labelled as the first player of Indian origin in the whole of England’s top flight football.

Yeah was aware of Jimmy Carter. That’s the reason why I said the first player of Indian origin to come through the club’s academy system.
