Jack Dunn is a free agent again and looking for a club. He had just signed for Prestatyn Town but it fell through for whatever reason (probably Covid).

I think he gets a lot of joy from it. Bar the little spells at Inter, Madrid and Chelsea heās always spent his time at clubs that tended to have fanatical support but major problems and thatās where heās stayed longest. I think itās fair to say that Rafa could have won more had he been less anti-establishment but I doubt he personally has any regrets about it.
I get the feeling heād rather walk out on the pitch to a mad mix of 50 000 in Liverpool, Napoli, Newcastle or Marseille and be the underdog than work for a club thatās pretty much guaranteed to win but have very little soul either. He hasnāt taken the easy road in his career, thatās for sure but I doubt heād have it any other way.
We are in agreement, I think that fans of almost all of his former clubs, bar Chelsea and Real Madrid (heh, Chelsea and Real Madrid - I see a few similarities there), love him very, very much. Thing is, all these clubs have had pretty tumultuous board rooms, they didnāt act in unison, they didnāt back him with big money and Marseille seems the most chaotic of all. Iād love him at club that operates like Leipzig, for example, with fine scouting department and solid finances, and with a crowd like Dortmundās. Sadly, I donāt see such a club being in for him at this moment.
