Former players and managers - general discussion

Even if Robbo couldn’t defend (and I think he actually is the better of the two full backs and far better than people give him credit) he would still be miles better than Moreno.

People often said he could go forward but not to any level we see from our two fullbacks today.

True, but that goal against Tottenham was quality.

Títi Câmara scored a top quality goal against Arsenal, doesn’t mean he was any good.

That happened on a relative blank slate for our fans so it was the hope they hung to in trying to convince themselves he wasnt that bad - “He could play left wing as he’s good going forward. Remember that goal against Spurs?”

If it would have happened at the end of his final season it would have been seen as the same as Dosenna’s against Utd - “fuck they’re really shit. Even our LB scored.”

Too much hate for Moreno on here

Doing his best to collect points from Liverpool fans.

:joy:

Seems to be a really nice guy and believe he was liked by other players here, such a pity he was crap!

I remember, I used to be angry with him. But now a days I feel just sad. What a waste of some sublime talent.

Forgot Canos was at Brentford still, glad to see the lad stick it out and not move to club after club, hope he gets to have a good spell in the PL.

Really sad considering he is only 31, stayed fit he could have been a brilliant striker even for us
