We are off to Wembley, job done.
It was one of those where we did enough. I think we had other gears to find, but we did enough. Maybe a bit casual and wasteful in some good situations when we could have put it to bed, but it happens. Fulham got a goal and it put some wind in their sails, but we closed it out.
The kids in defence did very well, lovely to see.

All I meant was that we were 1-0 up, could have killed the game quite a few times, didn’t, they found a goal, made it game on as they needed one more to take it to extra time, ergo “closer than necessary”.
So I meant shoreline wise, not performance wise, where I think we dominated the game.
I think it’s not even just an opinion, it’s pretty much fact stating…no?
