But that would provide the acronym MOG, which might give away my true identity.
?
So forgetful that his name was OMG.
I liked dortmundfan. We got quite chummy swopping pms. He did mention you once.
I do know a few people here, especially younger folks, who may well move on post Klopp, but you know what?
Fuck em!
Looking forward to a bunch of stoned Cloggies turning up any day now.
What are they? I’ve Googled it and am none the wiser.
Just shoes.
When I started to follow this club Klopp started as a head coach at Mainz.
I’ll never stop loving LFC.
With that said - I’m trying to reduce watching non LFC matches because it eats too much time.
Thinking about canceling my Sky and DAZN subscription.
I love sauerkraut with all the trimmings pork knuckle tasty german sausages and of course a good amount of kartoffeln and a litre glass of German lager.
There is a restaurant in Toulouse serving only the above brilliant
Dutch
If we had a TAN Post of the Year award, that would win it.
Utterly brilliant, my friend.
You’d think a restaurant in Toulouse would have better things to serve.
Yep. French food.
He hasn’t popped his cloggies has he?
Maybe they’ve had enough of cassoulet
A man who has had enough of cassoulet has had enough of life.
@StanSB I think you live in the Saarland ( if I remember correctly) - hope you’re doing ok with the flood going on.
It should be miserable, mean, cynical old git! MMCOG
I wonder whether Klopp leaving will affect the popularity of the Premier League in Germany.
I remember reading a couple of years back that Liverpool were the third most streamed team after Bayern and Dortmund. I wonder whether that will hold up. I think Sky actually secured a rights extension just before Klopp announced that he was going.
I used to be on a forum with a dedicated “grumpy old men” thread. I have considered starting one here. We do have a Room 101 thread but we could do with a dedicated “I’m old and can’t be bothered with the modern world” thread.
I am so glad the German TAN contingent are not leaving here. I don’t think i would be able to cope.
You have all have been wonderful bringing in your anecdotes from your way of looking at a situation and you have given us the real insight of life in Germany from a football fan perspective and outside of football. It has been educational and interesting for us. I am sure you got used us as well.
Here is on to the next chapter of our footballing lives together. Cheers/Pros
