Given our previous record with Italian players I was hoping it might be one of those has an Italian passport but is actually South American dual nationality deals but nope - born in Rome, canāt get much more Italian than that 
Letās hope we finally find some success with an Italian player at LFC, certainly looks like he will bring some physicality to our defense and is apparently ambipedal with experience playing left or right sided CB in a 2, a wide CB in a 3 and right back so pretty flexible.

This was my ideal reinforcement approach for our CBs - an experienced, quality CB who can give us cover and possibly supplant Konate if he leaves, and a young, up-and-coming CB who can learn from the best in the world and be groomed to take over long term.
Letās get this done.

It seems the less attention I pay to a rumour the more likely it is to happen.
