He only selected him for the first time to stop him playing for Ghana but he still needed to be on the pitch hence the ridiculous decision to put him on for 30 seconds.
He has done the same for Cherki and Akliouche to stop them playing for Algeria.
Slot has again quashed the ridiculous rumours in todays pre match presser that the club had heavily fined Ekitike, he said it was a mistake and stopped people’s narrative that he was mad with him by praising him and said he was in the top 3 in terms of popularity among the players and the club do not need to fine the players.
Almost like the internet chats shit.
Also - can’t have different rules for women’s football and….
We need to keep politics out of football (when it suits us)
Not to mention the orange ogre joining Chelsea’s lift of the world tin pot cup
How many balls in that picture??
25?
Six players (Sansom, Brooking, Keegan, Hughes, Mills and whoever is behind Keegan?), plus one actual football = 13 balls?
So, Thatcher had 12 of her own? Possibly, but they could have been the ones she removed from those wets in her cabinet?

I thought it was someone’s joke account…but based on the comments on Reddit, it is Hugo Ekitike’s fun account. He is responding to Slot’s criticism not acknowledging Fede setting up his goal (and of course the red card after taking off his top).
I am still not too sure if this is his account! ![]()

Yeah, very pleased with him so far. And it will be interesting to see how all this pans out having both him and Isak…
First touch as soft as Berbatov’s, but then has more skills. Imagination looks sky high. Can receive in different zones between the lines and then play like a street footballer. Plays with a lot of joy and looks like a team player. With his height and decent pace, must be very awkward to play against.
For a player that was described as being technically outstanding, but lacking killer instinct, he has obviously improved that over the last season and a half or so. Shooting looks sharper. Continue working on that and being in places for more “easy” goals.
Adding pressing from the front is definitely something he will have to add to his game, if he wants to be a first choice striker here long term.
Obviously you can’t be top in every aspect, but he’s already nicely rounded and if he can work on or add more things to his game, he could become very complete.
Agree wth all this, now needs to improve his heading lol
