Given that the accounts are published every year you can’t really say you have to be part of the inner workings of the club to have any insight into the club’s financial position.
And not being a party to the inner workings of the club should certainly not be a barrier to raising issues for discussion on a fan forum.
‘outline of an agreement’
these football catchphrases are getting better and better
hopefully we can thrash out a deal using our summer warchest and signal intent that the striker much admired by the club heirachy will soon be on his way for a preliminary discussion and close out the final details before a medical on monday…
Wow that’s a lot more than before. We’re spending out there like Man City
If we sell Elliott, Morton and Nunez that’s probably going be over 100m we’ve sold Quansah and Kelleher for over 50m
Then there are three LBs so one will go. Maybe a couple of others or youth players like Koumas and Doak who could fetch in funds.
We’ve got 4 young guys in it seems with a 5th probably that will be part of our next generation this is alongside the likes of Dom and Maca and Gakpo and Grav.
I expect we will buy a CB and then any other deal will be if someone leaves such as Diaz. Interesting that it will be the forward line that might see the biggest disruption even though at this moment we’ve bought no one bar perhaps Wirtz.
It’s a one off and expect us to be frugal with one signing next summer but as that BBC article suggested we can do this, we have the capacity to stretch to 200m net spend.
The lean poll please.
Yeah it’s nearly done, just need both clubs and the player to agree, sign and he’s ours, so simple
And that happened quickly.
See @Nikola
As quickly as Isak, right, @ZinedineBiscan?
Have faith in the footballing genius Eddie Howe
Well 1 out of 2 is ok instead of 0 out of 7.
Hardly an exclusive when multiple sources said the same thing yesterday
Has Joyce tweeted anything about this?
Ah but those talked about an “outline of agreement” and a “deal in place” this is an “agreement in principle” - very, very different kettle of fish and fully worthy of exclusivity
What about ‘a broad agreement’? I’ve seen that used a few times. All nonsense of course.
