I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

100% agree. He is the common denominator. Until they move him on they can build all the stadiums they want, and hire any manager they like, but it won’t make a lick of difference. He’s a poisonous thug and his influence doesn’t do anyone any good.

Rafa would have to fuck Ferguson off to make any difference, and he’d get fucking lynched if he did that. He can’t win, but it’s not his fault in my book.

The sack can’t be far away for Rafa I can see it happening after the Thursday night game at the shed.

It’s safe to say that hope isn’t springing eternal on the GOT forum  There are some who are displaying evidence of a developing sentience and beginning to see a corellation between Ferguson being ingrained there and them being woeful, but there are those that would die for the prick because ‘hE’s A cLuB LeGeND’.

If he thought he had nothing to lose, well, then he’s probably not up to it anymore in my opinion. They are a bitter and deluded bunch and also one with a long memory - did he really think they would accept him? I wonder if he regrets taking that job now, especially with Newcastle job available at some point.

To be fair I look at a couple of Everton forums and the vast majority believe Ferguson is a big part of the problem and want him gone. There is definitely no love for him…he gets massive levels of abuse.

Post number …how apt.

They should give him the job. It’s the only way to get rid of him. Turn things around or fuck off. He’s been there long enough to have a stab at taking the reins so what are they waiting for? If he was a decent coach his players wouldn’t be so fucking useless, so move him up on a ‘shit or bust’ basis.

I don’t see how he can do. There was no way he could know for certain that the Newcastle takeover would have gone ahead, or that Steve Bruce would have quit when he did.

He doesn’t appear to have had any links to any of the jobs available this summer…other than the Everton one.

This is exactly the same way the short armed prick attacked Virgil…!

Quite amazing he hasn’t been sacked yet if I am
Honest.

I’ll be very surprised if he last the season.

How much would it cost to sack Rafa now? And would it add to the FFP situation they find themselves in?

I’m loving every minute of this. It’s karma for what these cunts did last season and it’s about time too.

Roll on Thursday. I hope Chelsea put 10 past them.

Is relegation too much to hope for?

I did laugh this afternoon, when the camera was on Ferguson complaining to Rafa about Benteke leaving his foot in on Coleman. This is the same thug who spent 3 months in Barlinnie Prison, after head butting an opponent, when he was playing for Rangers.

Had no idea because I wasn’t watching English football then. From wiki: “Eight of those red cards were in the Premier League, where he holds the joint record for dismissals alongside Patrick Vieira and Richard Dunne.”

He was given a prison sentence because it was his third conviction for assault. What a charmer!

I don’t really get it. Everton have conceded the fourth most in the PL. Never would have figured that to be the problem in a Rafael Benitez team. Needs to reclaim his inner Rafa and get his squad defending first. Too much talent to go down, though, I think.

And Rondon should start ahead of Richarlison. Did more in his first five minutes on the pitch than the Brazilian did in 59’.

Was that before he assaulted a bloke on crutches in a taxi rank?

Seriously, though. Could Big Dunk be doing much more than chasing errant footballs back onto the practice pitch?

No we don’t want our rivals improving their GD that much.

I’d take them winning it’s great when they get false hope like last Monday.
