Be a bit harsh to fire Rafa considering how crap their team is. I know many have the image of Ancelotti as being a washed up manager (and therefore Rafa can’t be any better), but he’s actually 8 points clear on top of the La Liga at the moment…
One win in the last 10 games. Many other managers have been sacked for less.
Other managers were able to end up at least in the top half of the table.
Rafa knew what’s he’s signed up for. It was clear that he will never have the full backing by club officials, their fans and even his players.

It’s a no lose situation. By doing it they are giving Rafa the chance to succeed. And if that doesnt work and they part ways with Rafa then Dunc would come back in a flash to “restore the Everton DNA.”
