Bluenoses who booed Rafa for taking Richarlison off looking rather ill-informed now. or should I say looking like wankers? Yes, I think the latter.

Everton are firmly screwed now, aren’t they?

You mean like Everton supporters

How about we go with ill informed wankers and call it square?

It’s such a bastard wanting Everton to beat Chelsea.

Can anybody check if there is a scenario where both can lose??!?

I don’t, Chelsea will fuck up somewhere else down the line. For now, I want Everton to slide further down the league. It’s a shame Southampton only got a point at Palace, as they would’ve gone above Everton.

Everton all the way against Chelsea. Plenty of time for the blue brethren to get relegated.

Mind you, it’s not going to happen. It’s like saying I hope that Seal twats that Great White Shark.

Maybe a chelsea win but they pick up a few key injuries is win win

It really is incredible that no matter how mediocre Everton are that there are always 4-5 teams worse than them. One of these days their luck will run out.

Suspensions though if that happens Everton will probably have to play their youth side.

See now I can’t decide how I’d feel about Everton getting relegated.

On the one hand it would be fucking brilliant to see that lot fucked off into the championship, but then on the other hand it would be sad to have a year (or longer) without the Derby.

It be a tough one but I think I could live without the Derby for a year or 2 to see those twats go down.

That is assuming they are good enough to come back up - rookie move mate

They could easily be one of those that gets stuck. I think they would have struggled if they had gone down in the mid 90s

I watched that on sky sports yesterday. Think it was 1993 and they were losing 2-0 to Wimbledon and came back to 3-2.

Dean holdsworth missed 3 sitters for Wimbledon which would have sent them down

I remember being at school at the time and being surrounded by Evertonians so I was quite excited at half time…

They then had that cup final win in 1995 which they celebrated like they had won the league. Bit gutted that by 2001 I had left school when I saw my first success as a Liverpool fan.

And Hans Segers let in a couple of rather dubious goals…cough …cough. :moneybag:

Ye I remember that although he did pull of a cracking save from a freekick of memory serves me right

I do hope that the ev lot go back to losing ways now, until they play one of our rivals again :santa: :+1:

My 86 year old grandmother would have comfortably saved that 3rd goal and she’d been dead 5 years.

Grobbelaar was guilty as well afaic. I watched him concede a goal to Wimbledon at Anfield that was dodgy as fuck. Nobody made much of it at the time given his eccentricity but I’ve no doubt it was deliberate.
