I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

He did. And then got his in the head by a bottle thrown from the stands.

In football one good hire can have an outsized effect. It can allow a lot of other people doing mediocre jobs to convince themselves they are part of a well oiled machine.

My post was guilty of predicting Rafa would get them into the top 4…
BUT… In my defence, it was predictive text mistake…
Should have read… Bottom 4 :joy: My Bad

There are few things more beautiful in football that watching a ball sail over pickford’s outstretched stub of an arm and into the net.

I wonder what neck size Kenwrights wife asks the sales assistant for when she buys his birthday present…!
Not sure shirts are made with a 60" collar so she must have a terrible time shopping around

Ok, so you’ve given an accurate description of just about everyone in the Gwladys Street end.

Damn. Lucas Digne seems more likable now. Amazing how footballers get more likable once they leave Everton.

Apparently everton are preparing a contract for the guy. He is the only one there who could hit a target

I know and that was the reply to the witness.

Not condoning the throwing of objects at players for the obvious reasons, however, unless I am missing something, I dont see the bottle hit either one of them.

Why should it matter that the objects did not hit the player? The act endangered other human beings.

Coins rained down at same time

Two of the Villa players were knocked to the ground.

An opposition player is going to be seriously injured soon while playing in that shithole of a stadium, either by one of their thug players or some dickhead in the stands.
The longer this bad run goes on the more their anger, aggression and violence will come to the fore. I’m really glad we don’t have to go there again this season.
