I’ll have a bitter please...It’s the Everton thread

Yeah…and stab him in the back…

Most normal people would crave it.

Not sure why they are persisting with him. The golf course is where he belongs.

No money to sack him? :joy:

The financial hit from being relegated must be more expensive… surely!?

Haha. Seriously. How big can the Lampard severance clause be? This isn’t Mourinho. Big Dunc could pay it out of his rainy day fund.

I wouldn’t be surprised if his severance package was quite big - not perhaps Mourinho big but still significant. Also we shouldnt forget that the club have spent heavily on players and also sacked a number of managers and key staff regularly so are still paying their severance packages off too. Add the fact that their owners funds have probably dried up and cost of their non owner debts have risen I’m not sure they have a lot of money sitting around to spare.

Also, whats the latest on the stadium - are they paying for it or at least responsible for paying the interest on the debt being used to pay for it?

I respect the attitude after yet another tough defeat but can’t get past the ‘WHY are you still behind him?’ question. It’s because he shouted at Klopp one time isn’t it?

I know people have been saying that Burnley recovered when they went down but there is nothing much about Everton. The fan base is toxic and expectant, they won’t attract anyone as decent as Kompany and they will probably spend as badly as ever.

It’s really a shitshow and if they don’t use the parachute wisely they will be in trouble, Bournemouth sort of needed to get promoted last season to reset the payments.

Frankie Boy checking out their league position this morning :0)

He hasn’t understood a single fucking word of that. The guy could have been saying that he’s going to firebomb his house and he would still have said “appreciate it”. It was like a dog trying to pick up on nuances in your voice to understand what’s going on.

Doesn’t look like he will be sacked unless they are doing in Monday morning.

Wouldn’t be a bad time for them to do it mind, as they are off for a fortnight.

I hope the Blueshite keep him all the way to the Championship…
If they get rid quickly, means we will have to put up with looking at him as he turns up on the TV doing punditry

He’ll fit in well with the other failed managers who know fuck all.

I wonder if he will become a merry go round manager, though they’ve usually achieved at least one decent thing in their early careers which means they keep getting jobs.

Tactics Tim was looking to do that, even showing up as a director of football at Swindon :see_no_evil:

Never forget Everton fans, this is all you…this is what you asked for.

He’s the favourite with the bookies, whilst Rafa is the favourite for the West Ham job :weary:

They also have Bielsa Moyes and Rooney in there.
