Oh ok I see now. Yes someone like Tom Davies is really only worthy to keep around for that vital “homegrown”, until clubs start to realise it isn’t actually as important as it’s made out to be & cba to check but I’m sure half of their squad fit that quota.

It was obvious that Usmanov was pulling the strings behind the scenes at Everton, pouring money into the club through his frontman, Moshiri. The Guardian article opens the can of worms a little bit wider. The whole situation stinks and should be investigated.
