Wrong thread probably, but I was surprised to only recently learn that Sheen doesnt speak welsh. He is from a part of Wales where its common, even more so for kids who come up through the Welsh arts academies like he did.
He gets a passā¦ For now. 
His age group is less so though, my friend was part of the first cohort to fully be taught it in schools, though she was sent that why when as a child as her mother thought it would be useful and to be honest with the itās needed in public service jobs she was correct.
