Always alert. :sunglasses:

How I love this guy. Down 6 - 1, he comes on and plays like itā€™s the UCL final. Did you watch him? Nothing but hustle. Charging back to save a goal. Putting some niggles on their shins. Wish we could clone him. Wish he could play for us til heā€™s fifty.

What do we have Milner for if not for the physically intense games (after the international breaks)?

Iā€™ve thought this for a while but the more I see of Milner, the more it looks like age is finally catching up with him. Heā€™s a fantastic option to bring on to calm things a bit, take the sting out of opponentā€™s attack, lead the way for his teammates towards a hard fought win or a point but heā€™s not quick enough to start against a side that is as vibrant as Ajax. I presume that Keita would have started there but stillā€¦

Yep, he should not start anymore.

He can still do it in Stoke on a wet Wednesday night!

Iā€™m telling yaā€¦

This bloke and the way he goes about it has been CRUCIAL to the last two years, in a way that is incalculable. The example he sets and the value it brings on and off the pitch cannot be overstated.

He is a warrior and I  him.
