Jurgen expects Joel to be out for 3-4 weeks. I thought he was back in training?
When did he say that? He said that about a fortnight ago when he got injured.

So many gave up on him so long ago. More than his talent, I admire his resolve to keep coming back from seemingly points of no-return.
People don’t seem to be noticing that Jürgen doesn’t give up on his boys… Even though many have given up on Oxlade-Chamberlain or Keïta, in his “taking more risks” interview, Jürgen also said that everyone in the squad right now is both someone who wants to be there and whom he wants to have there.
Looking at Sakho, I have no doubts that if Jürgen really wanted a player gone/has given up on someone, they’d have left already.

He should be on about 30, the numbers of times he’s hit the woodwork is quite extraordinary.
Which season was it when we hit it like 34 times or something stupid? Pretty sure half came from Matip.

Wasn’t good today.
Always on the limit when he plays 3 times in a week, especially if there are some intense periods in game 2 or 3.
