Iām torn. Iāll be supporting the Italian team for their supporters, whose perfect behaviour and use of their vocal chords so far has been in stark contrast to ours and Iāll be supporting Hendo for his contribution to team spirit and Southgate for his inspirational letter to the press on the eve of the tournament.

I am pretty sure that I have a perfect record when saying something has 0% chance of happening, this has 0% chance of happening. I have more of a chance of creating a time machine before august, time warping into August, time warping back, and then confirming what actually happened.
I think my last 0% chance was ridiculing the idea that James Milner would be SOLD to Leeds last year.

As a player of FIFA, I know a lot about this sort of conundrum. You might say I am an expert.
In my last career as Liverpool, I sold Milner almost immediately, I sold Fabinho a couple of seasons later so I could keep Hendo in my first team, but that only lasted a year and I reached the point where I felt I had to change formation to a 442, sell Hendo and sign Mbappe.
We canāt keep the same team until theyāre in their 40s, at some point the tough choices have to come and if my FIFA career has any bearing on real life outcomes, well, guys, itās going to be okay.
