Koeman today read out a statement at his pre-match presser then walked out.
Something along the lines of the board are behind me on building this club back. Reading the BBC article (linked by @CanuckoLFC) this morning, itās clear Koeman is the winner out of all of this. If he stays, heās paid, if heās sacked heās paid.

No, he will not. Koeman could not wait to jump on the Barcelona train leaving the Dutch National team although he still had a contract.
People may think van Gaal is a rude stubborn guy and they are a not wrong but he is also a man with strong principals and he will not leave the Dutch National team before his contract expires.
Another draw against a weak team, itās no longer will he be sacked but when.

Why not clubs like Barcelona can always āfindā some cash to sack the trainer.
Just some more debt to add to their wage to revenue ratio, assuming manager wages and/or termination fees add to aforementioned ratio, + new managers wages. They already canāt register Aguero atm, even if he was not injured, so they need to trim some more before January I think.

They wanted one of the old guard taking over last season following the elections but were snubbed because of the mess the club was in.
They need to hold on until they are further down the track financially, otherwise they may just add to the mess.
Pirlo? Have they had a manager in recent times who has not played for them atleast once?
Iād genuinely like to see them appoint Allardyce. Heās always said he could do the job. Letās see it.
